SPACE RENTAL

Payment MUST BE MADE  within 12 hours from the time  booking confirmation is received in order to secure requested time slot. If you wish not t pay online you must contact the studio manager and aknowlege that you are in fact sending you payment in the mail. 

For advance bookings there is a strict 3 weeks cancellation policy in order to get refund.

For bookings done less that a month before, there is a strict 7-day cancellation policy. In the event that deadline is not met, renter is responsible for full payment of time booked. Only studio credit will be given, no refunds. Less that 7-days cancellation will not be given any studio credit.

We required signing of rental agreement before first rehearsal.

If involved in a monthly agreement with the studio, the rent shall be paid to the studio in advance or by the 27th day of each and every month immediately preceding the month for which rent is being paid. There will be a $10 late fee for every day after the 27th in which payment has not been made.
