SPACE RENTAL

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Please check the “Web-Calendar" to see if the times and or days you will request are available. To open "Web Calendar", click on  “book studio” link on the right side of this page.

2. If this is your first time, you must create an account. Once you log in, please request your booking.  in the description box, please tell us what you would like to use the space for, and how many people you will be working with in the space; and please clarify if you are a dance company or theater related company. (note: arrival/departure time are same as the requested times).  Make sure to save your booking.

3. Please wait. We will process your request as soon as we can. Keep in mind that we may receive numerous requests, allow for a 24-hour turnaround time.

4. Once your booking is approved, you will receive an e-mail asking you to review and make payment. Payment MUST BE MADE within 12 hours from the time booking approval is received in order to secure requested time slot. If you wish not to pay online you must contact the studio manager and acknowledge that you are in fact sending your payment in the mail. Please note:  After CAVE approves your booking, if your request is within five days you MUST pay online! Before you pay and if you don’t have a Rental Agreement in file, please make sure to submit one online (use the link on your dashboard to submit-this process is only necessary once in a calendar year).

5. After payment is complete, our studio manger will place your name in the web calendar. At this point your booking is confirmed. You will also receive a phone call/e- mail with information on how to get access to the studio. Please share the studio usage guidelines with the members of your group.
