SPACE RENTAL

The studio shall be used for rehearsal/instruction/audition and for no other purposes.

Turn off lights, fans (in summer), and stereo and make sure door is locked behind you.

No food or drink allowed in studio. Please take out your garbage.

No tap, black-soled shoes, or street shoes in studio.

CAVE Organization will not be held accountable for lost or stolen articles.

Music shall be kept to a reasonable level. No live music unless previously cleared with management.

Any items found stored in the studio, dressing room, bathrooms or hallways will be discarded. Sorry, but there is no storage space.

CAVE Organization reserves the right to enter the studio (to retrieve equipment, quietly show the space or to simply exit the premises) during any studio time.

No aerial work, or activity involving stomping is permitted in the studio.

CAVE Organization Inc. are not responsible for any injury sustained on the premises of 58 Grand Street Brooklyn NY 11211.

Fires of any kind are not permissible in the studio or in our premises. This includes cigarettes, candles and incense.

The office, other studios, shower and kitchen are off limits. The office phone is for emergency use only.

Management reserves the right to cancel renters individual rehearsals or to terminate rental relationship at its discretion. (please be responsible for your payments)

Please treat the space with respect, leave it in the condition it was found in (or better), and abide by the policies and regulations of the studio.

We have two cats, please take this into consideration regarding those who may be allergic.
